Spin the wheel
A prize game on the bill that brings customers back and grows your members.
Open Loyalty & campaigns → Game.
Set it up
- Pick a ready-made wheel: Classic, Points only, Grand opening or Drinks and small prizes. Free-item prizes use the cheapest matching dish on your menu.
- Change any prize: name, type (free item, Ks off, % off, points or try again), the item or amount, chance, and max per day for expensive prizes. The percentage shows the real chance.
- Choose when diners spin: After paying the bill (prizes are for the next visit — brings them back) or After ordering (prizes can be used on the same bill).
- Set a minimum bill, Members only (diners join to spin — you get their name and phone) and how many days prizes last.
- Tick Turn on the game and Save settings.
Average cost per spin shows what each spin costs you if every prize is used.
What diners see
One spin per bill. The wheel spins, slows down and reveals the prize with confetti:
- Points go straight to their member card.
- Discounts won on an open bill come off that bill automatically.
- Other prizes are saved as coupons (e.g. WIN-7K3P9Q) in Your rewards and My TableOne. A free item needs that item on the bill.
