Brand offers

Brands pay to treat your diners. You earn money for every one used, and you're paid back for the treat.

Drinks and food brands want to reach diners where they eat. TableOne runs brand offers, for example a free bottle of beer with dinner, and you choose whether your restaurant takes part.

How it works

  1. TableOne opens an offer from a brand. You see it under Loyalty & campaigns → Brand offers, with what you earn.
  2. If it's a free item, choose which item on your menu it is (for example your bottle of beer), then tap Join this offer.
  3. TableOne sends the offer to your members who agreed to partner offers when they joined, with their own code. It names your restaurant, so it brings them to you.
  4. When a diner uses it, it comes off their bill like any other reward.

What you earn

For every offer used at your restaurant you get:

  • your share, shown on the offer (for example 1,000 Ks), and
  • the treat paid back: the menu price of the free item, or the money taken off.

The offer card shows how many were sent to your diners, how many were used and what you earned. TableOne collects from the brand and pays you.

Good to know

  • You can leave an offer any time before TableOne sends it.
  • Only diners who said yes to partner offers are contacted, and each person gets one message per offer.
  • Your other customers' details are never shared with the brand.
