#Create a Promotion with AI

Type what it's for — e.g. "Thingyan week, bring in families" — and tap ✨ Suggest. AI proposes the offer, a code (e.g. WATER15), a minimum bill, how long it lasts and uses per customer, within sensible limits. Change anything, then Create Promotion.

#Create one yourself

Choose the type (% off, Ks off or bonus points), the value, a code, a minimum bill, start and end dates, a total limit and a per-customer limit, and whether it's for members only.

#How customers use a code

• On their bill, in the Promo code box, or with Use on this bill if it came in a campaign.
• At the counter: staff type it in Member / promo, or 📷 Scan coupon to scan the QR on the customer's phone.

If a code can't be used, the reason is shown (e.g. the bill is below the minimum).

#Turn a Promotion off

Switch it off in the list. Codes stop working at once.
