Payouts & fees

How TableOne's fee works, getting paid to your bank, and the documents we need.

Fees

The POS and growth tools are free. TableOne charges 5% on payments, deducted before your payout. You never pay TableOne directly.

  • Adjust my prices — menu prices cover the fee, so you keep what you earn today. The fee also applies to cash sales you record.
  • Keep my prices — no price change; 5% on payments through TableOne; no fee on cash.

The fee is on the full amount paid, including tax and service charge.

Getting paid

Open More → Payouts (owners).

  • Owed to you — your balance, paid out in the next payout run once you're approved.
  • Payout account — bank transfer only: AYA Bank (recommended — paid fastest), KBZ Bank, CB Bank or A bank. Changing it needs TableOne to verify it again.
  • Business documents — business registration (DICA), the owner's NRC and proof of the bank account.
  • Submit for review — usually approved in 1–2 business days.
  • Payout history — every payout with its bank reference.

Tax and service charge

In More → Branches set tax and service charge per branch: the rate, whether tax is added on top or already included in prices, and whether service charge is only on table orders.
